Reverend Sheila Belgrave
Revd Dr Sheila A. Belgrave is a visionary leader, anointed preacher, and Kingdom-builder, passionately committed to transforming lives, restoring hope, and rebuilding generations. Renowned for her powerful preaching, prophetic insight, and unwavering faith, she serves with both spiritual authority and deep compassion for humanity. An ordained Minister, Sheila faithfully nurtures spiritual growth while advancing impactful community outreach. A sought-after national and international preacher, lecturer, counsellor, and motivational speaker, she is deeply committed to ensuring that the Church remains relevant, courageous, and transformative in an ever-changing world.
Sheila brings more than 40 years of distinguished senior leadership experience across the Civil Service and Government, where she served as a CEO and held multiple Director-level roles. As a Prison Chaplain and member of Prison Fellowship, Sheila carries hope into places of despair, ministering restoration, dignity, and redemption to incarcerated individuals. She currently serves as a director within the homeless sector and chairs community initiatives addressing mental health, domestic abuse, and homelessness.
A passionate champion for women’s empowerment, practical assistance and holistic healing of body, soul, and mind. Sheila is the founder of ‘From Ruins to Restoration’ a guided restorative programme for women who are ready to rebuild their lives from the inside out. It is built on a simple but powerful truth, that no life is beyond restoration, and no season is wasted when placed in the hands of God.
She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of SAB Consultancy, where she partners with public and private sector organisations to lead transformational change in Equality.
Sheila is also a theological educator, lecturing in Church History, and Eschatology at Calvary Theological College, shaping future leaders with sound doctrine and Kingdom vision.
Her international mission work includes a sponsorship programme in Mombasa, Kenya, and the founding of the Rev. Dr Sheila Centre for Wellbeing and Wholeness. The Centre equips young people with education, skills, and hope for the future, while also supporting young mothers and babies, widows, and women fleeing abuse and sexual violence. Her life and ministry are anchored in Christ, driven by a clear God-given mandate to heal, restore, and rebuild lives. Sheila holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a BA in Theology & Ministry, a BA in Humanities, a Postgraduate Certificate in Kingdom Theology, and a Doctorate in Ministry and Theology. She is a devoted mother of three daughters and a proud grandmother of five, who remain among her greatest joys and blessings.

Her ministries are aimed at women that need practical support and spiritual healing of body, soul, and mind. Sheila also helps those in the community suffering with a mental illness, domestic violence, and homelessness.
Sheila is dedicated and committed to reaching those in our community and the Church that are vulnerable, lost and in need of spiritual guidance and support. Sheila believes the road to success, is Jesus Christ at the Centre of her entire life and in all that she does.
Along with perseverance, determination and having a sense of God given purpose, with a view to leaving a long-lasting legacy. She stands firm on the words of her mother the late Revd Dr Io Smith MBE “Only what you do for Christ will last”.
Lecturer and Student Mentor
Revd. Dr Sheila Belgrave is a lecturer and student mentor at Calvary Theological College (CTC). She is also a member of the college steering group.
The Calvary Theological College (CTC) is open to Students of other Faiths and Churches and has served a wide Christian community. The College has its root in the Pentecostal tradition, offering a wide range of syllabuses in Theological Education with a strict emphasis on the Doctrines of the Church.
Sheila teaches Eschatology which is a single subject module on ‘End Times’ Studies. A very important subject in understanding the times we are living in and what is to come. This module address and explores the following topics relating to the study of end times. Sheila will also be lecturing on the master’s in theology two years programme which starts on the 21st of September 2024.
